The protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. And everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning him or her. Data processing is carried out according to Swiss law and in consideration of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I do not pass on any data.
The purpose of my website www.heartcraft.ch is information, exchange, initiation of business transactions, establishment of contact, and networking between me, clients and interested parties. This website provides different possibilities to do so and it is continually being developed, extended and optimized. Data items entered by the user, like names and email addresses, are exclusively used for this purpose.
My actions are based in trust and discretion.
Therefore, I do not pass on client data. All data is treated confidentially, with the greatest possible care and in accordance with legal data protection regulations as well as this privacy statement. The use of this website usually does not require any entering of personal data. If personal data (for example name, address, telephone number, email address, texts) is entered, this is done on a voluntary basis.
I am using modern tools to ensure my professional activities, the availability of the best possible information, the improvement of the reach of this website, security, and for the purpose of answering questions, communication with users and optimization of the web offer. These tools use data, for example websites visited, access time, device information and IP addresses. The tools are carefully chosen and are described below.
For the sake of good order, I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may involve gaps in security. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third parties. All providers of tools are carefully chosen. However, ethically sound practice on their part cannot be guaranteed.

This data cannot be linked to a specific person. It comprises: the browser type, the browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the hostname of the accessing computer and the time of the server inquiry.
Contact form
I provide a contact form on the website so that clients, interested persons and readers can contact me. Any data entered in the contact form is used solely for the purpose of processing your inquiries or including wishes for podcasts and is stored in case of further questions. None of these data items and inquiries will be transmitted to third parties.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics, the web analysis service of Google, to understand how often which website content is accessed and to analyze, improve and optimize the economical operation of my online offer. Based on information regarding use of my website, Google compiles anonymized reports about the use of my online offer for me. For this purpose, Google uses cookies. The information created by this means regarding use of the online offer is transmitted to a Google-server in the USA and saved there. As user you can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the settings of your browser software. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield framework. You can find further information about the use of data by Google, and options for settings and opt-outs on Google’s website.
Cancellation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible if you have voluntarily entered your email address. Only data you have entered voluntarily will be stored. You can cancel the disclosure of your data at any time. An informal message to my email address is sufficient for this purpose. The data will then be deleted. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the cancellation of consent.

This privacy statement will be adapted to changes in the legal framework or to changes in tools used and can therefore be subject to change.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Schweiz.
Should one or more of the individual provisions be or become fully or partially invalid or should there be an omission in the contract, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not thereby be affected. The invalid or missing provisions will be replaced by the respective legal regulations.
